In the November 2011 TRSA feature story on Aramark Riverside, Softrol's monitoring equipment and software are described as the nerve center of the plant.
"Stepping up on a platform overlooking the wash floor, we see three computer screens and other monitoring equipment. This is the plant's nerve center -- it's powered by a software system from Softrol, Inc. By checking the three monitors, staff can track (in real time) chemical use, goods waiting to be washed and those moving on the shuttle.”
